A free spirit; after following society’s rules and having worked in the City, Isabella ran off and travelled Asia for a while. Half Italian and half Austrian, she’s also a bit Danish, English, Asian and Australian. Isabella loves to meet people and for this reason, after the City she worked in the hospitability industry for many years.

Marco
Our Captain and unstoppable fisherman, king of the grill and of Isabella's heart.
Marco spent several years in the world of high fashion working with the most important luxury brands but after all those catwalks, his heart needed nature more than sparkle.
He is a rock climbing instructor, tree climber and artist, passionate mushroom forager and expert fisherman. He loves to browse the Indian Ocean with his boat in search of big fish.
Dani
Dani has been taking care of Baob House's garden for the past 16 years. He's also the one who looks after our hens.

Margaret has been our maid for almost 20 years, she knows all the ins and outs of Baob House.

Esther has been working in the kitchen for many years as a personal chef, she is the one who will spoil your taste buds.
